We got excellent value for our money at 1 Suffolk Cottage. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for self-catering. The location was ideal for exploring Snape, Orford, and the Suffolk Coast. The staff, especially Sue, was friendly and helpful, providing us with great directions when we initially struggled to find the cottage.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider menu selection.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a comfortable sofa. the kitchen was modern and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We also enjoyed the enclosed yard/garden, which provided a nice outdoor space to relax in.
Finding the property was a bit difficult due to poor signage and lack of lighting when returning in the dark. There were also some issues with the amenities, such as a broken pole to open the velux in the kitchen and a lack of a coffee machine.

The property layout was well-designed and the showers were really enjoyable. the location was also a key selling point as it was centrally located and easily accessible to the areas we wanted to visit.
the TV remotes need some attention as they didn't always work properly, and one of the bedrooms was missing a battery and the back.

We had a lovely Easter weekend at this cottage. The place was very clean, and the beds and sofa were super comfortable. We enjoyed the enclosed garden, which was a great space for our 4-year-old to play in. The modern kitchen was also a big plus, as it had everything we needed for our stay. The cottage's location was perfect, being central to the areas we wanted to visit and easily accessible.
There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. the heating was an issue when we arrived.
