Hidden and secure location. Ideal location near the coast. Dog-friendly and suitable for sensitive dogs. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for self-catering. Good value for money. Quiet and secluded with parking. Nearby pub serving food. Pushbutton keypad access on front door

    Nothing, no complaints at all.

We got excellent value for our money at 1 Suffolk Cottage. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for self-catering. The location was ideal for exploring Snape, Orford, and the Suffolk Coast. The staff, especially Sue, was friendly and helpful, providing us with great directions when we initially struggled to find the cottage.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider menu selection.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a comfortable sofa. the kitchen was modern and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We also enjoyed the enclosed yard/garden, which provided a nice outdoor space to relax in.

Finding the property was a bit difficult due to poor signage and lack of lighting when returning in the dark. There were also some issues with the amenities, such as a broken pole to open the velux in the kitchen and a lack of a coffee machine.

We had a wonderful stay at a hidden and secure cottage. It took us a bit of time to find the place, but Sue's excellent directions helped us out. the cottage was extremely clean and well, equipped, with a very comfortable bed. Our dog loved it too, and the enclosed garden was perfect for her. the location was ideal, just a short drive away from the beautiful coast. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the little garden, which was a great space for our 4, year, old to play. we had a great experience at 1 Suffolk Cottage. Cons: Not obvious to find at first 🧐.

The property layout was well-designed and the showers were really enjoyable. the location was also a key selling point as it was centrally located and easily accessible to the areas we wanted to visit.

the TV remotes need some attention as they didn't always work properly, and one of the bedrooms was missing a battery and the back.

We had a lovely Easter weekend at this cottage. The place was very clean, and the beds and sofa were super comfortable. We enjoyed the enclosed garden, which was a great space for our 4-year-old to play in. The modern kitchen was also a big plus, as it had everything we needed for our stay. The cottage's location was perfect, being central to the areas we wanted to visit and easily accessible.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. the heating was an issue when we arrived.

I had a great stay at a hidden gem. It took a bit of effort to find, but it was worth it for the peacefulness and security it provided. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was ideal, just a short drive from the coast. My dog also loved it there, she was so relaxed and even had a hard time leaving. I'll definitely be back and make sure to write in the comments book next time. Thanks!

    No issues at all! 😊.

We had a wonderful time exploring Snape, Orford, and the Suffolk Coast from this conveniently located hotel. The clean, comfortable and well-equipped self-catering accommodations provided great value for our stay. The peaceful and secluded setting with its own garden was perfect for us and our 4-year-old to relax and play. Having a local pub just a minute's walk away was an added bonus. We were lucky to find this hidden gem available at short notice on a Saturday in high season.

    We do recommend this hotel.

The enclosed yard/garden was a bonus, providing a nice outdoor space. The modern kitchen and lovely showers added to the overall positive experience.
